Japanese wineberry

Japanese wine berry

Don’t you love berries?
My missus often walk the nearby hills and I sometimes join her in the weekends…
There are a lot of goodies that we can ‘harvest’ from the hills…
One of our favorites is the Japanese wine berry…
I love its taste so much that I brought some ‘cuttings’ home to plant…
They are super hardy, and after a few months, woah… they are all over the place…
Minimum maintenance… in fact, I have to rip them off some places like weeds…
We found out that, a very nice way to eat them is to first freeze them… then, we put them onto our morning yoghurt…
Urrmmm… yummy… it sort of like melts in your mouth…
